We recently visited a real estate license prep class to talk with students about PREMIERE Realty. We spent a few minutes explaining to them why we were different. As the last brokerage firm to present to this class of students that was wrapping up over six weeks of study, they had already heard from the other brokerages and company owners as they also pitched their firms and value propositions. These soon-to-be agents were young and savvy and they understood what they needed to launch their career in real estate. Writing your first contract at PREMIERE
Ask any agent for their first thought after passing their licensure exam and they’ll say, “What do I do now?” Your exam teaches you the terminology, math, and legal background you’ll need for a career in real estate, but it doesn’t teach you how to put any of that into practice. When you work your first transaction with PREMIERE, you have access to a team leader who works as your in-the-field mentor and coach throughout every step of the sale or purchase. Our onboarding process is a 30 day endeavor, but it only takes a few days to be able to reach out and get you showing homes or accompanying you to your first listing appointment within the first week. From there, we continue to hold your hand throughout the transaction and all the way to the closing table.
Many brokerages discourage part-time agents, believing that they are not serious or dedicated enough. We love our part-time agents; in fact, our transaction management support is especially helpful for them. Our goal is to help you accomplish your professional goals — whatever they may be, both now and in the future.
In addition, because we provide so much support in-house, you are free to do more both personally and professionally. Spend more time with your family. Join a community organization or be more active in your charity work. Pursue local, state, or national office in your professional organization. Get more training, certifications, and designations to grow your expertise.
